Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller to talk to customers and explain our insurance products. The role is to make calls, answer queries, and help customers with policy details and renewals.

Responsibilities:



Make calls to customers and explain insurance policies. Answer customer questions about premium, policy, or claims. Help with policy renewals and documentation. Keep records of calls, follow-ups, and customer details. Meet daily/weekly calling and sales targets.

Requirements



Education: 12th Pass / Graduate. Good communication skills in English (other languages are a plus). Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of telecalling/insurance experience can apply. Basic computer knowledge. Positive attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
