Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls.
Resolve queries related to products/services politely and promptly.
Maintain call records and update customer interaction data.
Work closely with the internal team to ensure fast resolution.
Follow up with customers for feedback and satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass or graduate.
Good communication skills (English language).
Minimum 1 year experience in Internatinal Voice Customer Service.
6 days working with rotational shifts as per the company norms.
