About the Role
We are hiring
Healthcare Customer Support Associates
to join our Optum team. This role involves assisting U.S. healthcare customers with queries related to claims, benefits, eligibility, billing, and service issues through voice support. If you have strong communication skills and prior voice process experience, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in the healthcare domain.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls from U.S. healthcare customers.
Resolve queries related to claims, insurance policies, benefits, and billing.
Provide accurate information while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and company guidelines.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and first-call resolution.
Document customer interactions in the system accurately.
Work collaboratively with peers and supervisors to meet performance targets (AHT, Quality, CSAT).
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
UG / Graduate / B.Tech (any stream).
Experience:
Minimum
1 year of Voice Process experience

Skills:
Excellent spoken and written English communication.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Flexibility to work in
rotational shifts
(including night shifts).
