Key Responsibilities:
Assist international customers with technical queries via voice and/or non-voice channels
Troubleshoot issues and provide step-by-step guidance
Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems
Follow support protocols and maintain service quality
Work collaboratively with team members and support teams
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream)
Experience: Minimum
6 months of international customer support experience
(voice/chat/email)
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills
Technical aptitude and willingness to learn product knowledge
Comfortable with rotational shifts and working 5 days a week
