highly fluent English-speaking Customer Service Representative
to join our water filtration support team. The ideal candidate will provide
professional, friendly, and solution-oriented customer service
to our North American customers regarding water filter systems and related products. Comprehensive training will be provided on all products and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding water filtration systems, orders, and technical support.
Troubleshoot basic product issues and provide clear step-by-step guidance to customers (training will be provided).
Handle order inquiries, returns, replacements, and escalate complex issues as required.
Maintain accurate customer records and communication notes in CRM systems.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
Follow all company protocols and maintain high service standards.
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
(near-native fluency required).
Previous call center or customer service experience preferred but
not mandatory
.
Ability to work
5:30PM - 2:30 IST
consistently from India. 1 Hour Lunch break.
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet work environment.
Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and empathy in dealing with customers.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM systems, email handling).
