Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist members and guests with warmth and professionalism Handle front desk duties including answering queries, managing check-ins, and scheduling appointments Respond to phone calls, emails, and walk-ins effectively Maintain accurate records of member information and daily activities Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth member experiences Address member concerns promptly and ensure follow-up when required Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements:

Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk operations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Presentable appearance and a professional attitude Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM systems) Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends
