We are hiring a Customer Support Executive to join our on-site team. You will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through phone, email, or chat support.

Responsibilities:



Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain records of customer interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues.

Requirements:



Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge. Prior customer service experience is a plus. Willingness to work in shifts.
