Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Healthcare Industry).



Location:

Faridabad (west).

Experience Required:

2-3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or the Healthcare Industry.

Key Responsibilities:



Communicate effectively with existing and potential customers regarding product details and their use in various stages of surgical procedures. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction, encourage loyalty, and position the company as a trusted partner. Identify customer needs, deliver appropriate solutions, and close sales to meet or exceed territory targets. Support market development initiatives in coordination with the Account Manager. Gather and report accurate field-level data as required by the company.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Educational Background: B.Sc., B.Pharm , D.Pharm. Proven sales or marketing experience in the healthcare sector is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Understanding of core selling techniques. Managing customer relationships. Candidate should have local area experience.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:
