Salary:

Up to ₹10.5 LPA

Language Requirement:

Fluency in Italian (spoken and written)

3. Process: Siemens (Voice Support - Dutch Language)

Open Positions:

Salary:

Up to ₹12 LPA

Language Requirement:

Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls/emails in the assigned language Resolve customer queries, complaints, and provide accurate information Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Language Proficiency

: Must be fluent in

Hebrew / Italian / Dutch

(as per the applied process) Good communication skills in English Prior customer service or voice process experience is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Willingness to work in rotational shifts
