About the Role:
Its a dynamic role involving the handling operational queries of clients via email & call (B2B Module) and owning the end delivery for clients. This role includes direct interaction with client POC.
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 3-5 Years
Minimum Qualifications: Graduate
Key Responsibilities:

• Handling operational queries via email and call (B2B Business Module) Owning the end-to-end delivery for customers.

• Direct interaction with client POC.

• Providing resolution within a specified a specified TAT and defined SLAs.

• Co-ordination with other verticals/team to resolve the issues.

• Campus execution module - B2B.

• Conducting training sessions for clients on products.

• Working on Custom reports/Analytics

• Ability to take initiatives.

• Good speaking & writing English

• Knowledge of MS-office tools

• Extremely comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Proficient in (MIS/EXCEL)
