Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused

Support Executive

to handle customer support operations for the

Australian market

. The role involves managing customer queries, coordinating service activities, and ensuring high service standards during Australian business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer communication for Australian clients via phone, email, and CRM systems Respond to customer queries related to installation, service, billing, and system performance Log, track, and manage service cases to ensure timely resolution Coordinate with installers, technicians, and internal teams based in Australia Ensure all service cases are closed within defined SLAs (e.g., within 2-3 weeks) Assist customers with inverter monitoring, system connectivity, and basic troubleshooting Provide regular updates to customers on job status and expected timelines Follow up post-installation to confirm customer satisfaction Request customer reviews within 3-5 days of job completion (5-star focus) Maintain accurate documentation and records as per Australian compliance standards Escalate critical or unresolved issues to senior management promptly
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate or equivalent work experience 1-3 years of experience in customer support, preferably international / Australian process Excellent English communication skills (neutral or Australian-friendly accent preferred) Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills Ability to work night shifts aligned with Australian time zones Basic technical understanding (solar, inverter, or battery knowledge is an advantage) Comfortable working with CRMs, spreadsheets, and ticketing systems

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
