Job Summary:



The

Customer Service Representative

will handle

incoming and outbound calls

, engage with potential students, and assist them in enrolling in

Raja Rani Coaching's

courses. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle objections, and a proactive approach to lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities (KRA - Key Result Areas):



Inbound & Outbound Calling:

Handle student inquiries, provide information about courses, and resolve queries.

Lead Follow-ups & Conversions:

Follow up with interested leads, guide them through the enrollment process, and close sales.

Customer Engagement:

Build rapport with students, understand their needs, and suggest suitable courses.

Data Entry & CRM Management:

Maintain accurate records of calls, student interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Target Achievement:

Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets set by the Sales Manager.

Feedback Collection:

Gather insights from students to improve sales strategies and service quality.

Education & Qualifications:



Minimum

12th pass

; Graduation in

Business, Marketing, or a related field

is preferred. Training or certification in

sales or customer service

is an added advantage.

Experience:



1-3 years

of experience in

sales, customer service, or telecalling

. Experience in

education, coaching, or ed-tech

will be beneficial.

Technical Skills:



Proficiency in

MS Office (Excel, Word), CRM tools

. Good knowledge of

telecalling and lead management processes

.

Soft Skills:



Strong

communication and convincing skills

. Ability to handle rejections and

convert leads into enrollments

. Active listening and

problem-solving mindset

. Good time management and ability to multitask.

Other Requirements:



Full-time role

based at

Raja Rani Coaching

. Must be comfortable with

high-volume calling

and working in a target-driven environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
