Job Description

Dermatouch is looking for a skilled Non-Voice Customer Care Representative to manage customer interactions across WhatsApp, email, chat, and social media. The role focuses on timely resolutions, product guidance, and maintaining a high-quality customer experience -- without voice/call support.

Key Responsibilities



Respond to customer queries on WhatsApp, email, website chat, and social channels. Resolve order-related issues -- tracking, returns, refunds, cancellations, replacements. Provide accurate product and skincare information through written communication. Maintain response SLAs and ensure high customer satisfaction. Document interactions and update reports/CRM accurately. Coordinate with operations, logistics, and D2C teams for escalations. Identify customer pain points and share actionable insights with the team.

Requirements



Minimum

1 year of experience

in a

non-voice

or

chat/email

process (D2C or e-commerce preferred). Strong written communication skills in English & Hindi. Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of chats/messages. Basic understanding of skincare products is a plus. Detail-oriented, patient, and solution-focused.
