We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team and handle customer queries effectively--your ability to quickly respond and implement solutions with the help of our internal & external partners. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who can think independently and resolve issues with a customer-first business mentality.

Key Responsibilities:

? Manage inbound/outbound calls, emails & chats with knowledge & efficiency.

? Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.

? Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts

? Follow the company's communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

? Match the pre-defined SLA standards.

? Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Requirements:

? 3-4 years of proven experience in customer service in the e-commerce industry

? Experience in online healthcare will be an added advantage

? Graduation in any field

? Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

? Strong hold on technical skills

? Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

? Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of concerns

? Excellent English communication and presentation skills

? Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively

? Excellent problem-solving & analytical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
