Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive at Sweet Dreams India in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing customer satisfaction, developing business relationships, providing exceptional customer service, nurturing client relations, and effective communication on a daily basis.
Qualifications
Confirm and verify COD orders with customers. Manage order status, cancellations, Exchange and refunds.
Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining Customer high satisfaction, Customer Service, and Client Relations skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively. Handle customer queries via email, phone, and chat
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus. Reduce RTO rates through effective communication and feedback.
Bachelor's degree in any field.
