We are now looking for Travel Desk Admin Executives who are eager to begin their careers in international travel operations.
Role Overview:
This is an excellent kick start opportunity for freshers to gain international exposure while working with UK clients. As a Travel Desk Admin Executive, you will handle back end travel support operations, ensure accuracy in bookings, assist with administrative travel tasks, and coordinate with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for travel bookings, reservations, and related documentation.
Manage customer queries and ensure timely resolution through emails, chats, or calls.
Maintain travel records, itineraries, and invoices accurately.
Coordinate with UK counterparts to ensure smooth workflow and process adherence.
Work in rotational shifts to support UK travel operations.
Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (freshers are welcome).
Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, data entry).
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
