Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will provide support to customers through calls ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service through calls.
Answer customer queries promptly and accurately
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and appropriate manner
Escalate issues to the appropriate department as required
Provide regular reports on customer feedback and complaints
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Identify areas for improvement in customer experience and suggest solutions
Qualification & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to work in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
