We are hiring a dedicated Customer Service Representative to be the frontline ambassador of our brand. You will resolve customer inquiries, provide exceptional support, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression. Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat,
Process orders/returns, and escalate complex cases to senior support when needed.
Maintain accurate customer records and Achieve high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) and meet response time KPIs.
Educate customers on product features, policies, and self-service options.
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team.
Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or related field is a plus).
1 years of customer service experience (call center, retail, or hospitality experience counts).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, friendly tone.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Proficiency in CRM and basic computer applications (Google Workspace/MS Office).
Ability to type 40+ WPM and multitask across systems.
Preferred Skills:
Multilingual abilities (especially in English and Hindi)
Experience with omnichannel support (phone, chat, email, social).
Familiarity with your industry's products/services.
