Must have good English Communication skills.
Solar Service Experience for 1 to 6 years.
Having knowledge of all reputed brands of Inverters.
Can understand solar designs and solve the site level issues remotely.
Troubleshoot the monitoring/communication issues.
Co-ordinate the issue with manufacturer and customer and process for ROR.
Provide Customer oriented solutions.
