for our Surat location. The role involves assisting clients, handling inquiries, providing after-sales support, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
Maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure timely resolution of their issues.
Provide product and service-related information and guidance to customers.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for order processing, account activation, and follow-ups.
Manage and update client records in CRM or internal systems.
Support clients in understanding platform features (e.g., Alibaba.com or similar B2B platforms).
Follow up with customers for feedback and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Prepare daily and weekly customer support reports.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred: business, commerce, or marketing).
0-2 years of experience in customer service or client handling (freshers can also apply).
Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi/Gujarati preferred).
Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to multitask.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
Customer-focused approach with a positive and energetic attitude.
