Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
or relevant experience in customer service/support.
Excellent English communication skills
(spoken & written).
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or support tools is a plus.

On-site (Surat).
