Job Description

As a Junior Customer Service Caller, you will be responsible for providing exemplary customer service to clients over the phone. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure their satisfaction with our products or services. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities:



Handle Inbound Calls:

Respond to incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.

Address Customer Inquiries:

Listen attentively to customer concerns, inquiries, and complaints; provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.

Problem Resolution:

Troubleshoot customer issues effectively, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge:

Acquire in-depth knowledge of company products or services to effectively address customer queries.

Maintain Records:

Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system, ensuring thoroughness and clarity.

Follow-Up:

Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.

Adhere to Policies:

Follow company guidelines, procedures, and protocols in all customer interactions.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, such as sales or technical support, to resolve complex customer issues.

Continuous Improvement:

Provide feedback on customer inquiries and concerns to help improve products, services, and processes.
