We are looking for a professional individual with experience in
e-commerce and platforms like Shopify & Shiprocket
. The role requires someone who can provide excellent customer service and handle multiple tasks while staying focused on the customer.
Minimum Experience:
1 year in e-commerce/customer service.
Responsibilities:
Be available for customer support via Call/WhatsApp/Chat/Email from 10 AM to 7 PM.
Understand our business and products, and represent the company to clients with care.
Handle customer queries from different platforms (Website, Amazon, etc.).
Coordinate with courier companies to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
Provide technical support and guidance on products.
Communicate professionally via phone and email.
