Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Provide accurate and detailed information about services.
Handle customer complaints with professionalism and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, products, and services.
Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or as a customer service representative.
Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is highly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
