Key Responsibilities:
Handle calls, emails & chats for solar product support
Schedule and coordinate installations
Assist with post-installation queries and issue resolution
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
1-2 years in customer service or technical support (international process preferred)
Good problem-solving & time management
CRM experience; solar knowledge is a plus (training provided)
