Communicate clearly and professionally with US-based patients, doctors, and medical staff via phone and email.
Assist in scheduling appointments, sharing treatment updates, and handling basic inquiries.
Provide support related to medical services, pharmacy billing, prior authorizations, and insurance verifications.
Ensure proper documentation and data entry in patient records and CRM systems.
Escalate complex or sensitive issues to senior team members as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and data protection standards.
Actively participate in training and performance improvement sessions.
Required Skills:
Excellent English communication skills
(spoken and written) with a neutral accent.
Confidence, patience, and ability to handle conversations with empathy.
Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn healthcare software.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in night shifts.
Prior BPO experience (0-1 year) is a bonus.
