Customer service Representative
to join our team. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of MS Excel, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our solar products and services, and converting leads into sales opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
Key responsibilities
:
Make outbound telecalls to source potential clients and maintain effective communication.
Send emails to clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
Draft agreements and other official documents accurately.
Perform general office tasks, including data entry and record management.
Requirements:
Girl is preferred, but not mandatory
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other basic computer applications.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
