In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with international and domestic clients via phone and email, sharing product quotations, following up on inquiries, and supporting the sales process to drive business growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, well-organized, and has excellent communication skills with a flair for closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote our export products and services
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate product information and quotations
Follow up with clients regarding offers, queries, and sales orders
Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, production) to ensure timely delivery and service
Keep records of customer interactions and update CRM systems with relevant information
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and market trends
Handle client objections and negotiate pricing when necessary
Assist in preparing sales reports and market feedback for management
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service (export or B2B environment preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Basic knowledge of export documentation and procedures is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Ability to work independently and in a team
Strong organizational and time-management skills
A customer-first attitude with a problem-solving mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field
Familiarity with international trade terms (Incoterms), shipping procedures, and global markets
