Respond to client queries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Share package and booking details clearly
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Follow up post-travel for feedback and reviews
Handle changes, cancellations, and basic CRM updates
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
Experience in travel/customer service preferred
Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented attitude
