We are looking for a professional and proactive

Customer Service Representative

to assist clients with their travel-related queries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth experience throughout their journey. You'll be a key part of our customer happiness team.

Respond to client queries via calls, WhatsApp, and email Share package and booking details clearly Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution Follow up post-travel for feedback and reviews Handle changes, cancellations, and basic CRM updates Strong communication skills (English & Hindi) Experience in travel/customer service preferred Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented attitude

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
