Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound calls with customers Resolve queries effectively and professionally Maintain updated records of customer interactions Meet daily service quality and productivity standards

Requirements:

Education: Graduate in any discipline Strong spoken English is mandatory Freshers with good communication are welcome Basic computer knowledge Willing to work from office in Vadodara
