Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally Understand and resolve customer queries efficiently Maintain accurate call records and follow-ups Provide timely and effective solutions while maintaining quality standards

Eligibility Criteria:



Any graduate (any stream) Excellent English communication is a must Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Willingness to work from office in Vadodara Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Salary:



Up to ?22,000 CTC per month
