Customer Service Representative

who will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. This role is ideal for

freshers

who are enthusiastic, polite, and eager to build a career in the jewellery industry. Training will be provided to ensure smooth onboarding.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:

12th Pass and above

Experience:

Freshers can apply

Communication Skills:

Good verbal communication (Gujarati/Hindi/English preferred)

Other Requirements:

Friendly personality, patience, problem-solving attitude, and willingness to learn

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and handle inquiries via phone/email Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about products/services Maintain good relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction Handle complaints or issues efficiently and escalate when necessary Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
