Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers, providing information about products/services.
Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and feedback over the phone.
Maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution and support.
Key Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Freshers are welcome to apply!
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with customers.
Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask.
Positive attitude and professional phone demeanor.
