As a

Customer Care Executive/Voice Process,

you will engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a top-tier experience for passengers of a prominent global airline brand.

Competitive CTC up to ₹16,500 per month plus Incentives

Requirements:

Graduates and undergraduates welcome

0-1 year of experience (freshers encouraged!) - Gurugram Location

Strong verbal communication abilities in English

Openness to work in rotational or odd-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:
Professionally handle customer calls / Voice process
Resolve queries, complaints, and service issues
Provide accurate product and service information
Maintain high call quality and process standards
Log interactions systematically
Escalate complex issues as needed
Meet daily and weekly performance targets
