Your Day-to-Day responsibilities:

You efficiently resolve all inbound and outbound support requests following established guidelines. Whether providing support via

email, voice chat, or telephone

Preferrable Background:





Proficiency in

French

with a valid certification from a recognized institute or a reputed university is mandatory Fluency in

English

(essential for internal communication and collaboration with cross-functional, multicultural teams) Willingness to work during CEST hours 1+ years' experience in customer support or another service-oriented role Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems Multitasking abilities to keep up with the pace of our dynamic workplace Ability to work with minimal supervision allowing you to bring your unique talents to the table Confidence to manage your time effectively while collaborating seamlessly with your colleagues
