Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to businesses and share information about upcoming events.
Promote the company's events in a clear and engaging manner.
Maintain a positive and professional tone during all interactions.
Update call records and feedback in the system.
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.
Requirements:
Good communication skills.
Basic phone-handling and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work confidently with business clients over calls.
Punctual, responsible, and motivated.
Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
