We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Customer Service Executive
with excellent communication skills and strong command over
Microsoft Excel
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining accurate records and reports using Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide product/service information and resolve any emerging issues customers may face.
Maintain and update customer data and service logs in Excel and CRM tools.
Generate daily/weekly/monthly customer service reports using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.).
Track customer complaints, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure resolution within SLAs.
Follow up on open cases and ensure customer satisfaction.
Analyze customer trends and provide feedback to improve service quality.
Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0-3 years of experience in a customer service role.
Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF Statements, Conditional Formatting, Charts, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
A problem-solving attitude and a team-player mindset.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in customer support in a tech-based or service-oriented company.
Data analysis and reporting experience using Excel or Google Sheets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
