Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive CRE to join our team. will be responsible for fulfilling online orders from the website and WhatsApp, maintaining regular communication with existing clients, informing them about new products, and playing a cross-functional role in corporate client outreach. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for maintaining an accurate database, following company SOPs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and fulfill online orders from the website and WhatsApp efficiently. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product dispatch and delivery. Communicate with clients regarding order status, delivery updates, and any issues.

Customer-centric mindset with a focus on relationship building. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional phone etiquette and negotiation skills. Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
