Key Responsibilities:



Respond to basic sales inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, or email. Share product details, availability, pricing, and offers with interested buyers. Verify order details of website orders and customer information before processing. Track shipments and follow up on pending or delayed orders. Handle order-related queries via phone, WhatsApp, or email. Ensure error-free data entry and support backend operational tasks.

Required Candidate profile



Good communication and coordination skills. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp, order management tools). Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision. Experience in order processing/ customer suport/ Sales is a plus; freshers can also apply.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
