Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with accuracy and empathy Provide product consultation and assist customers with solutions Make

What You Bring

6 months+ of customer service experience

preferred; freshers are welcome Minimum

High School Diploma

Strong written communication skills with excellent spelling and grammar Tech-savvy with good computer proficiency Experience in

Travel & Hospitality
