Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls, messages, and inquiries
Explain our pet care services clearly to clients
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
Follow up with existing and new customers
Maintain basic customer records
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Polite, patient, and customer-friendly attitude
Basic sales understanding
Prior experience in customer handling/sales is a plus
Love for animals is mandatory
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?11,832.93 - ?38,533.98 per month
Work Location: In person
