Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally
Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information about products/services
Resolve customer complaints politely and efficiently
Maintain daily call records and follow-up details
Coordinate with internal teams when required
Communicate with customers via phone, WhatsApp, or email (if required)
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English required)
Polite, patient, and customer-oriented attitude
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Ability to work in a team and handle pressure
Willingness to learn and grow
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Freshers are welcome
Prior experience in customer care / telecalling will be an advantage
