Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales and conversion targets.
Communication & Coordination
Coordinate with operations, logistics, and billing teams for order processing and delivery.
Maintain customer records and interactions using CRM tools.
Share customer insights and feedback with sales and marketing teams.
Problem Solving & Service Recovery
Handle customer complaints and escalate unresolved cases to the concerned department.
Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within timelines.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate call logs, sales records, and reports.
Present performance reports and suggest improvements.
Professional Conduct
Follow call scripts, company policies, and quality communication standards.
Maintain confidentiality of customer data and internal information.
Represent the brand positively during every interaction.
