Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Follow up on pending requests and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience in customer service, client support, or helpdesk roles.
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
