As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first to interact with a potential customer about the brand. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You have to be polite and informational at all times. You will be responsible for solving all queries from any potential customer. Included in your job role is following up with customers and ensuring that they are satisfied with the brand's service.
Responsibilities
Operate the Chat Dashboard and respond to queries.
Communicate with customers over the phone and email as required.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customers' needs
Take initiative and convert potential customers.
Data entry in various platforms as required.
