We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Care Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries related to logistics and website orders, especially abandoned carts, and communicate effectively with South Indian customers in English. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, basic logistics coordination, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
Assist customers who have abandoned their website orders, guiding them through completion.
Coordinate with the logistics team to resolve delivery-related issues and provide updates.
Communicate fluently in English with customers from South India, ensuring clarity and cultural sensitivity.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and resolve recurring issues.
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Ability to understand and respond to South Indian customer preferences.
Basic understanding of logistics and order tracking.
Prior experience in customer service or e-commerce support preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
