Customer Service Executive - Italian Language



Location:

Delhi & Gurgaon (Relocation support available)

Salary:

Up to ₹11.5 LPA

Shift:

Rotational | Both-side cab facility

Eligibility:



Graduate (any stream) Proficiency in

Italian language

(Certification preferred) Prior experience in Customer Service OR willingness to work in a CSE role

Responsibilities:



Handle customer interactions in Italian (calls/emails/chat) Provide accurate resolutions & maintain high customer satisfaction Document interactions and follow process guidelines
