This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask under pressure, and strong coordination with logistics partners and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, emails, and chats in a courteous and professional manner.
Resolve shipment-related queries, including tracking, delays, and delivery status updates.
Provide customers with accurate information regarding product pricing, shipping options, and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with logistics partners such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and internal departments to resolve shipment or service issues.
Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively; escalate complex cases when necessary.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken in the CRM system.
Ensure consistent and timely follow-ups with customers to keep them informed on case progress and resolution status.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
English and Hindi

Proven ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult customer situations.
Strong multitasking and time-management skills to efficiently handle high volumes of inquiries.
Confidence in managing customer communications across calls, emails, and live chat channels.
Ability to collaborate effectively with logistics partners and cross-functional internal teams.
Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Prior experience with CRM systems and customer service tools is preferred.
