Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

, emails, chats, and messages professionally and promptly.

Resolve customer complaints and queries

effectively and in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate records

of interactions and transactions using CRM or support tools.

Provide detailed product or service information

and guide customers on using features.

Process orders, forms, applications, and service requests

.

Coordinate with internal departments

(Sales, Operations, Technical, etc.) to resolve customer issues.

Follow communication and operational guidelines

and meet service level targets (TAT, CSAT, etc.).

Follow up

on customer interactions where necessary to ensure issue closure.

Identify and escalate priority issues

to senior personnel if unresolved.

Contribute to team performance goals

and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Education:

Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (preferred)

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication in [Language: English, Hindi, etc.]

Customer Handling:

Strong listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills

Tech Skills:

Proficient in using computers, CRM systems, MS Office, etc.

Time Management:

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Attitude:

Positive, patient, and customer-first approach

Experience:

0-2 years of experience in a customer service/support/call center role freshers may apply

Pay: ?150,000.00 - ?371,035.57 per year
