Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, chats, and other communication channels.
Resolve customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Provide product or service information and troubleshoot issues.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Escalate complex queries to the appropriate departments as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
Proven customer support experience or experience in a client-facing role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult situations.
Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other support tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
